Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:
i am asking this question second time but you did not respond me yet.
The question was, Is
there any such valid Hadith that if a person do ZANA then this sin is recovered
from his sister,daughter or mother.
And if this Hadith is valid then isn`t it unjustice to punish a person (
mother, sister or daugher) for the thing which she has not done.
Plz guide me in the light of Quran and Hadiths.
regards,

Answer:
Are relatives punished for one’s sin?
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Q-1: The question was, Is there
any such valid Hadith that if a person do ZANA then this sin is recovered from
his sister,daughter or mother.
To the best of our knowledge, there is absolutely no such hadith which states
that if a person commits the heinous sin of ‘zina’ (fornication or adultery),
then the sin will be recovered from his sister, daughter, mother or anyone else
for that matter!
Islamic Law is revealed by and based on the Absolute and Perfect Wisdom and Justice of the Lord of the Worlds. And the Just Lord States that no person will bear the sin of another, nor will anyone be punished for a sin for which one is not responsible. Every soul will be responsible for his own deeds.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 35 Surah Fatir verse 18:Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another's burden. If one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load, not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other), even though he be nearly related.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anaam verse 164 (part):Every soul draws the meed of its acts on none but itself: no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another. Your goal in the end is toward Allah: He will tell you the truth of the things wherein ye disputed.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
Your Brother in Islam,
