In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Beloved sister, as much as we would love and be honored to provide an instant answering service on the msn or yahoo chat lines; we regret that we just do not have the resources to answer the hundreds, if not thousands of people who might apply for this service. 

Besides, this humble forum reaches people from across the globe; from Australia to America, and from South America to Japan, Alhamdolillah.  It would be almost impossible to specify a particular time that would suit every subscriber in every country!

We request you to ask your question on the forum, and assure you that we will try our best to get the answers to you as soon possible to the best of our ability. 

May Allah Subhanah increase your quest in seeking and learning this beautiful deen of Islam, and may Allah Subhanah give us steadfastness in continuing to provide this humble service to everyone who wishes to listen to good caution from the guidance of the Quran and Sunnah.

We will definitely submit your request to our brother moderators of the forum for discussion, and if Allah Wills and Helps us, maybe one day we might just be able to gather the resources needed to provide an on-line immediate answering service on the chat-lines.
